This 2022 Les Saurins red sancerre vintage is very well structured, with a nice freshness and spicy notes. It will be an ideal companion with grilled meats, beautiful red meats and cheeses.
The Estate and the Vineyard
In 1991, the agricultural estate developed the vineyard on 20 ha of the appellation Sancerre and 3 ha in Menetou-Salon. The vines are present on the three great Sancerrois terroirs and exclusively on the south-east exposed hillsides. The land is spread over 10% on flint, 50% on pebbles and 40% on white earth, allowing superb assemblages. This estate is certified in organic.
