In order to find the best possible flavours in this Cabernet Sauvignon, our ex-perts regularly taste the grapes before they decide on the best moment to har-vest the fruit. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and sent to macerate for two weeks, where the juice is pumped-over regularly. This long process is ideal to extract the fruity character of the varietal, colour and tannins. The wine is tasted daily by our experts, to ensure they get a nice structure with supple tannins. At the end of the winemaking process, the wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for five months.
An exemplary Cabernet Sauvignon with a lot of black cherry, black currant, hints of cedar and baking spices.
The mouth is concentrated, smooth and juicy. Tannins are ripe and silky, with a fruity finish. Enjoy this wine with rich grilled or smoky meat, peppery sauce or aged cheeses.
